Answer: We advise that jewellery is taken off before performing any sort of household and backyard work, outdoor sports or swimming. It is also recommended to avoid any contact with chemicals such as lotions, nail polish, nail polish removers, perfume and hairspray. Then, you may be inclined to house your jewellery in a soft cloth pouch to ensure that your items are not scratched or discoloured in any way. Abiding by all these things will help to maintain and keep your jewellery in great condition.


Question: What payment options do I have?

Answer: Here at Luce D’oro there a range of payment options. This includes: American Express, VISA, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal and Shop Pay.


Question: Why are your prices attractive?

Answer: Due to having no expensive retail storefront and zero sales commissions, operation overheads are kept to a minimum. Low-cost online social media advertising and word of mouth is how we make ourselves known, allowing us to bring fashionable and stylish jewellery to you at an affordable price.

Question: Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes. Once your order has been placed, your order and tracking status will be emailed to you. Do not be afraid to email us with any further concerns upon order.


Question: How can I estimate my ring size?

Answer: Although we do advise that your ring size is taken professionally, we do offer a free ring sizing guide here, or on the store site at the bottom of the home page as well as on each specific item page.


Question: Can I return items?

Answer: Items can be returned if they are damaged or dysfunctional in any way.

Question: How do I use a discount code?

Answer: Any discount codes can be applied at checkout. Be sure to input the correct digits with in the designated area.


Question: I need my piece in a hurry, what can I do?

Answer: All pieces are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time as well as three different shipping options.

Our Shipping times to Australia:

- Standard: 5-8 business days

- Express: 3-6 business days

- Priority: 2-4 business days

Rest of the world Shipping times:

- Standard: 9-27 business days

- Express: 6-16 business days

- Priority: 4-9 business days
